    RETURNS

    ANY REQUEST FOR RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR REFUND WILL BE MADE IN YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT OR VIA OUR FORM.

    YOU HAVE A PERIOD OF 20 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE* YOUR ORDER (FULL OR PARTIAL).

    HOW TO MAKE A RETURN? 

    IN YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT, CLICK ON THE "RETURN AN ORDER" BUTTON. YOU WILL BE REDIRECTED TO THE CONTACT FORM. YOU MUST FILL IT OUT BY SPECIFYING THE ORDER NUMBER CONCERNED AS WELL AS THE REFERENCE OF EACH ITEM TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN. 

    IF THE SHIPPING FEES ARE AT YOUR EXPENSE, YOU WILL HAVE TO ARRANGE THE RETURN OF THE ITEM(S) YOURSELF. 

    IF THE SHIPPING FEES ARE COVERED BY TAORÉ, YOU WILL RECEIVE A RETURN LABEL BY EMAIL TO STICK ON YOUR PACKAGE TO RETURN THE ITEM(S).  

    ONCE THE ITEMS ARE RECEIVED BY TAORÉ, YOU WILL BE OFFERED THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS: 

    IN THE EVENT THAT THE RETURN OF THE DEFECTIVE ITEM IS JUSTIFIED, TAORÉ WILL OFFER THE CUSTOMER A REFUND FOR THE ITEM (AT THE PRICE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE), ITS REPLACEMENT AS LONG AS THIS ITEM IS IN STOCK, OR A CREDIT (IN THE FORM OF A DISCOUNT VOUCHER). 

    IN THE EVENT THAT THE RETURN OF THE DEFECTIVE ITEM IS NOT JUSTIFIED, TAORÉ WILL BE EXEMPT FROM ANY COMPENSATION. 

    THE REFUND WILL BE MADE VIA THE INITIAL PAYMENT METHOD OF THE CUSTOMER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE BY TAORÉ. 

    THE CREDIT (A UNIQUE DISCOUNT CODE) WILL BE SENT TO YOU BY EMAIL. YOU CAN USE IT AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT FOR A NEW ORDER. IT WILL BE VALID FOR 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF EMAIL SENDING. 

    IF THE TOTAL AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN USED, YOU JUST NEED TO CONTACT TAORÉ VIA OUR FORM AND A NEW DISCOUNT CODE WILL BE GENERATED FOR YOU WITH THE REMAINING AVAILABLE AMOUNT.
